Igli Tuga i lindur në Tiranë, një prej klarinetisve më në zë të brezit të tij, e kombinon karrierën artistike me punën si pedagog. Shkollën e lartë e kreu ne Tirane ne Akademine arteve , në klasën e profesor Fatos Qerimaj. Së fundi, është diplomuar në master me rezultate të shkëlqyera në njërin prej universiteteve më të njohura në Shtetet e bashkuara të Amerikës, Sunny Purchase College, në klasën e Ayako Niedich Oshima, edhe Charles Niedich profesor në Juliard School.
Në harkun kohor të viteve 1998 -2003 drejton klasën e klarinetes pranë liceut artistik, dhe në vitin 2007- 2008 i besohet dhe roli i pedagogut në Akademine e Arteve.
Ka marrë vlerësime nga kritika amerikane si sfidues i të të gjithë elementeve teknike me një djeshmeri te larte në interpretim Klarinetist i parë i orkestrës së radio televizionit shqiptar në vitin 1998 -2002. Roli i tij shtrihet dhe si solist me koncerte te shumta me këtë orkestër bashkëpunime me të gjithë kompozitorët më të njohur në Shqiperi Se fundmi mbaron me rezultate te shkelqyera Mastrerin per Music Education ne Bridgport University , Ka një kontribut të qënësishëm në interpretimin dhe publikimin e repertorit të muzikës bashkëkohore shqiptare.
Pjesëtar i Ansamblit "Asmus", me një repertor konteporan përfaqëson me sukses prezatimin e muzikës shqiptare në një sërë festivalesh në Europë, si solist edhe anëtar i ansambleve të muzikës së dhomës. Është pjesëtar i ansamblit ditët e muzikës shqiptare; është vlerësuar disa herë me cmime kombëtare në festivalin Nikolla Zoraqi.
Born in Tirana, one of the most renown albanian clarinestist of his generation and has combined his performing carrier with the pedagogical one. During 1998-2003 he was in charge of the clarinet class at National artistic school "Jordan Misja and during 2007-2008 at University of Arts, Tirana.
He was graduated at University of Arts, Tirana in the class of Fatos Qerimaj. Recently he finished master studies with excellent results in one of the most known Universities in USA, "Sunny Purchase College" in the class of Ayako Niedich Oshima and Charles Niedich (Professor in the Juilliard School).
1998-2002 he was the Principal clarinet of Albanian Radiotelevision Symphonic Orchestra. His role is expanded as an soloist in various concerts with this orchestra. Different collaborations with the most important albanian composers.
Recently he was graduated with highest results Master of Music Education at Bridgeport University.
Member of Asmus Ensemble, representing albanian music with a broad range of contemporary repertoire in different festivals in Europe. Member of Ensemble "Days of albanian music".
He has been considered by american critics as "challenging to every technical element and high expressivity in performing".
He has won different national prizes at "Nikolla Zoraqi" Festival.
Roberto Carlos Noche García (1974) finished his studies at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de A Coruña where he achieved the Undergraduate and bachelor’s degree Honorary Awards. Subsequently he expanded his training at L'Escola de Música de Barcelona with Joan Enric Lluna. Other clarinettists such as José Luis Estellés, Wolfgang Meyer, Andrew Marriner, Carles Riera, Arno Piters, Colin Lawson, Eric Hoeprich and Lorenzo Coppola had a great influence and importance on his evolution. In 2007 he obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies at the University of Vigo and in 2014 he completed the Master degree in Musical Research at the Valencian International University.
He was a member of the Banda de Música de Narón, the Banda Sinfónica de Galicia, the Orquestra Xove da Sinfónica de Galicia, the Taller Instrumental do CGAC, the Xove Orquestra de Galicia and the JONDE (Spanish National Youth Orchestra). He has performed as a soloist with the Chamber Orchestra of A Coruña, the Municipal Band of A Coruña and the Orquesta Clásica de Vigo (with composer Fernando Palacios as narrator in the musical story "La Mota de Polvo"). In 2000 he was a finalist in the Young Performers Competition of the Pedro Barrié de la Maza Foundation. In the field of chamber music, he has been part of different groups, highlighting the projects with the Voluntas Ensemble of which he is a foundingmember.
He has been part of the juries of the Portuguese-Spanish Clarinet Competition (Fafe -Portugal, 2009) and of the six editions of the Clarinet Competition “Cidade de Ourense” (Ourense - Spain, 2014-20). He is a member of the ICA (International Clarinet Association) and a member of the board of ADEC (Spanish Clarinet Association).
Since 1995, he has been teaching at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Vigo, in addition to holding the position of Head of Studies since 2015. Carried out under the Erasmus+ Program, he has participated in several CSMVigo pedagogical and artistical projects that have included concerts and masterclasses in Trento, Mantova,Brussels, Rome, Alessandria, Cuneo, Belgrade, Vilnius, Tirana, Ferrara, Trössingen,Bari and Sarajevo.
